Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email.

Shipping (Australia Only)
We ship all orders with Australia Post.

• Standard Parcel Post: 3–7 business days (metro areas are usually faster)

• Express Post: 1–3 business days (next business day delivery available in most metro areas)

Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery choice. From time to time, NQP may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking
All parcels are sent with tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking details to appear on the Australia Post website or app.

Delays
Australia Post may experience delays during peak periods or due to factors outside our control (weather, regional demand, etc.). We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once Australia Post marks a package as delivered, NQP is not responsible for loss or theft. Please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post if this occurs.
